LED Lights can be dangerous if not used as intended. These lights are designed to be used indoors or outdoors and professionally installed. Purchaser accepts, acknowledges and assumes all responsibility and liability, that may arise from improper use and installation of this product. Spectrum HUE Lights or any of its subsidiaries are held harmless from any suite, action or judgment that may arise from any improper use of these products. We reserve the right to deny service or sales to anyone, in cases of misuse or abuse of our policies. By proceeding with this purchase, the buyer acknowledges these terms have been read and understood.

******INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS******

Policies differ from domestic policies. Shipping charges are calculated from the USA to the destination country and delivery location . Some destination countries have additional customs charges, duty fees, and delivery fees. The purchaser is responsible for additional fees that occur outside of checkout. Spectrum HUE is not responsible nor has any control of additional charges, government fees in the destination country. Should a situation arise from unwanted or unknown of the aforementioned fees, purchaser is responsible for return delivery fees.

STORE POLICY ON SHIPPING (Domestic US)

The purchaser is solely responsible for providing an accurate and verified shipping address for receiving orders. Spectrum HUE Lights is not responsible for inaccurate addresses or lost packages due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Addresses received in our system are inputted by the customer directly, or prepopulated through checkout systems such as PayPal. Addresses entered at checkout are unaltered, and go to fulfillment, print on shipping labels, and shipped directly from customer addresses entered at checkout. Orders cannot be cancelled once the shipment is picked up from the delivery courier or in transit. Should the purchaser wish to cancel or refund the order, the purchaser shall be responsible for return shipping cost. Shipping delays can occur unexpectedly without notice, we will do our best to track orders and facilitate delays, however shipping delays are of no fault of Spectrum HUE Lights. Multiple product orders on the same transaction are subject to hold times if a model on the order transaction is out of stock. The multiple order checkout cart uses combined shipping discounts applied to more than one product purchased on the same transaction. If you wish to order multiple lights including a model that is out of stock, but would like the available model in stock shipped out immediately; you must purchase your items separately. When the out of stock model is back in stock, your order will be shipped at that time. Our standard policy on multiple item orders, is to ship all items on the transaction order at the same time.

International Orders must ship all items at the same time, whether in stock or awaiting replenishment. The purchaser may have items shipped separately at a per product individual cost, billed separately.

LIMITED 1 YEAR WARRANTY

Warranty coverage: Limited 1-year warranty – Spectrum HUE Lights warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from date of receiving product. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, non-transferable and only to the purchased products for normal use and service. If this product is determined to be defective, the manufacturer's only obligation, and sole remedy, is the repair or replacement of the product at the manufacturer's discretion, provided that the product has not been damaged through misuse, abuse, accident, modifications, alterations, neglect or mishandling. This warranty shall not apply to any product that is found to have been improperly installed, misused, or set up. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping cost for warranty evaluation. Product will be evaluated for warranty repair, if the product cannot be repaired, it will be exchanged with replacement of same make and model or newer model if purchased model is discontinued. This warranty shall not apply to the finish on any portion of the product, such as surface and/or weathering, as this is considered normal wear and tear. The manufacturer does not warrant and specifically disclaims any warranty, whether expressed or implied, for a particular purpose, other than the warranty contained herein. The manufacturer/distributor specifically disclaims any liability and shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental loss of damage, including any labor/expense costs involved in the replacement or repair of said product. Warranty evaluation will be done in a timely manner, and potentially slower around major holidays, and subject to in stock availability. There may be additional warranty handling time for parts availability and replacement orders. Opening, modifying or dissembling the LED fixture will also void the warranty.

Exclusion -RECONDITIONED MODELS: shall receive a Limited 90 Warranty from date of receipt. Not applicable to a failure of the product as a result of an accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, improper installation, or any other failure not relating to faulty material or workmanship. Purchaser shall be required to return the product to Spectrum HUE Lights, at their own expense and cost.
