Refund policy

Return period is 14 days from receiving product | delivery date. Returns are only accepted if product is UNUSED and UNOPENED without exception. If product has been installed item is non-returnable. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping cost of returning items to our shop. Contact us for return authorization and instructions prior to returning product to us. If product is returned opened, used or damaged, the purchase may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns damaged during return shipping to our location must be resolved by the shipping company, by means of a claim. Returns once received will be subject to return evaluation to determine if the product was used or damaged. Generally returns are evaluated within 3 business days, or as reasonably soon as possible. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us for instructions, we must be notified within 14 days of receiving. For warranty returns/exchanges please see our limited warranty policy. 

Shipping Fee: Shipping fees are non-refundable on fulfilled orders. We do not provide pre-paid return labels for returns where the customer has changed their mind and wishes to return their order. The purchaser is solely responsible for return shipping. Exception for customers whom have purchased an extended warranty CPS protection plan, which includes FREE return shipping.  

Bulk or Quantity discount returns: Orders where special pricing or quantity discounts were applied, if the entire order is returned the full amount shall be refunded. However if only part of the order is returned thereby reducing the NET final quantity of items kept and less than the amount originally purchased to qualify for the quantity discount, the entire order shall be subject to removal of the quantity discount. The final refund amount will be adjusted to regular item pricing with the quantity discount removed on the items kept. Custom orders including custom produced LED fixtures and items are non-refundable.
